Coastal Carolina University Headed to the Super Regionals

It was a close call as Rich Mitten slid into home base, but umpires decided Coastal Carolina University will be headed towards the Super Regionals. This Saturday’s victory was over the College of Charleston, with a close score of 11-10. According to The Sun News, this will make the college’s second trip, out of three seasons, to the Super Regionals. This win gives them the right to host the Super Regionals at their home college. The boys are super excited about all of this, and they have shown great appreciation towards Rich Witten, who hit the winning home run.
